- “There isn’t someone looking over my shoulder all day.” It’s a simple comment, but we think it’s a powerful one that demonstrates our culture. We don’t hire employees, we hire employee-owners. Being an employee-owner means you have a vested interest in making sure the work gets done and it gets done with a high degree of quality. We don’t need to look over your shoulder all day because we provide you the support you need to do your job and give you the freedom to be able to do it.

We have some of the most talented machinists you’ll find at any shop, and they enjoy helping others build their skills. Most of our jobs are low-mid volume with extremely tight tolerances. This means that you’ll see a lot of different parts and the parts will be challenging to give you an opportunity to learn new things.
- “Good pay, consistent hours.” We offer leading wages for the right candidates which includes opportunities for overtime. We’ll work with you to establish the schedule that fits everyone’s needs as we know everyone has a life outside of the shop they want to enjoy.
